My experience with SteerEv was a nightmare. The company's customer service was the worst I've ever had to endure. They never answered calls or responded urgently, and they don't even own the cars they lease. My car was repossessed because SteerEv failed to pay Enterprise. The company should be promptly investigated and shut down.Myexperience99
Scam
Steer is a scam. Specifically regarding the security deposit. They charged me a deposit of $3,600 and continue telling me “I have notified the billing department regarding your deposit.” They never give any information when you talk to them.
Clearly they are trying to avoid paying my deposit even though I returned the car on time, and in the correct condition.
The man who picked it up even told me the car was in great shape and I would get my deposit back the 1st week of the next month.
It’s been 10+ weeks and I have no deposit back.
I will be taking legal action if they do not fix this issue.Brendidy

I never received my deposit back and I think they went out business as well just a straight up sneaky company in generalBigdicnigg
Beware of this company
They will not return your deposit. Rented a car for a month, after I subscribed I saw reviews that people were having a hard time getting their deposit back but I had already paid. I raised this concern to them and they assured me that the people who wrote the reviews did not follow the terms of service.
They told me I would need to to wait 1 month after I returned the car to receive the deposit. I waited the month, still no refund. I followed up with them and they’re just giving me the run around. And now they stopped replying to my messages.Madhatter1785
