Subpar app
1. I couldn't complete the trip and had to contact support to complete it for me because the app glitched — the current trip disappeared, and it seemed there was no active trip at all.
2. I was unaware of the late return fees, which amount to almost three hours of normal rental time, even though I was only 17 minutes late. I am sure this information is written somewhere in the "fine print," but you should have made it more visible.
