  • Amazing game

Honestly do not understand all the bad reviews and I’m convinced they’re children. Yes the game is similar to other games, due to the game type, however I’ve take much more of a liking to this game. The art, and characters are just adorable and so creative. Just saw the little mouse wizard and oh my god was I in love with his design. The background art, tables, the bakery. It’s all done so well. I can tell someone put love into this game. People complain about having nothing to do after completing all the available content like the developers can endlessly make more. It is expected in any game that isn’t meant to be repetitive to get to a point where you unlock everything and have nothing to do until the next update. Which is understandable, since we can’t have our wonderful devs slaving over making more content. I’d like them to take their time and bring us something amazing in the long run. I hope to someday complete it and see all the different characters and dishes! All in all, adorable game and lovely game full of unique characters and beautiful art. Definitely a 10/10.

  • Absolutely loved this game

There is so many things right about this game. It’s cute, the story line is fun. I love the little details on the customers and the storylines between the staff. My only little problem is oftentimes the staff like the chef and chocolatier often stand right over items I wanna collect or will have things hiding behind them I can’t find. Also with the new year dragon event, sometimes the lanterns or just normal item will be behind things like the garden pots or stove and I can’t access them. A minor issue was for the last storyline it took me so long to get the reputation needed because I had no more upgrade I could do so I had to rely on getting character upgrades. The only other problem I have is I’ve reached the end. There is a Halloween event going on right now so I know it’s being updated but I’m out of missions. And the storyline ended so suddenly. WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS DAUGHTER?? And do Oliver and Erika get together?? I wish there was more cause this has become one of my favorite pastimes. Please update it more!

  • BEWARE!! Game breaks and support won’t help fix it…

I was really enjoying this game. The story is interesting, the art is super cute, and the music and overall vibe is very pleasant and relaxing. The main game loop is simple but satisfying and the characters are so charming. I was having a good time playing until the game just suddenly broke on about Day 3 or 4 of playing.

One day when I opened the game, I suddenly had a lot of reputation, money, furniture, etc. and was way further along in the game than I should have been - it was like I had been playing for weeks or months rather than a few days.

I wasn’t sure what to think of it, so I tried to continue forward in the game (in the Sanctuary which shouldn’t have been accessible for me yet) and now it just freezes on that one screen whenever I try to play.

I reached out to support a couple of times and haven’t heard back, so I haven’t been able to play for WEEKS. I’ve seen a couple of other reviews with this same issue, so it seems there’s some glitch or problem that’s not being addressed.

It’s unfortunate because it seems like a lot of people who want to continue to play and enjoy the game are going to have to delete it if this issue keeps up. Hope this gets solved soon or to hear something back from support so that I can keep playing.

  • Best Game on the App Store

This is it. This is the best game. It’s cute, it’s fun, and it doesn’t ask for money. They have ads but you could go practically the entire game without seeing a single ad. It runs smoothly and it’s just bursting with passion. There’s cute and unique character designs and game concepts that keep you engaged. And it has an overarching story going on with a cat chef trying to find someone from his past. It’s just great. I realized after about 10 hours in, I felt a little guilty for playing such a great game and not contributing anything, so I bought one of the small starter packs (super cheap too). But they never really advertise the store. They draw attention to show you it’s there, but they don’t take you out of your gameplay. This game is literally awesome. I highly recommend it for kids and adults alike. It’s really phenomenal.💕

  • Lovely game. Was not disappointed!

So I’ve been playing this game for 2 weeks now, and it’s such a relaxing game! I feel like a lot of f2p games really limit you to only 5-10 mins of gameplay until you have to spend money, or wait a few hours until you can play for another 5-10 mins. I really love how this game does not push you to spend anything! Of course, there’s still the option to. And honestly I’ll probably end up spending money in the game because I appreciate the devs for making such a great game! It’s not too complicated, and there’s plenty to do, plenty to collect, plenty to save your acorns for! I love that there’s a lot of options to watch ads to double your rewards for tips, flour, treasure hunt, the mini games with special customers. It’s a great free and optional way to advance in the game! If I don’t feel like watching ads, I won’t opt in. But there are some days when I’m trying to rush to get something so I’ll watch ALL the ads anytime I get and it usually gets me what I want pretty fast! So no complaints there.

The art style is beautiful and reminds me of the Studio Ghibli style of anime. I also love the cute themes of the different areas as you upgrade! Everything is pretty attainable.

I will say the story and the dialogue is also cute. I hope Alessia comes back though, I’d be fine with helping her manage the campfire cafe too! I feel like she could make a great addition to the game. She’s the only one missing! Literally 😂

  • Great game

The game is really nice. The art style is cute and comforting. I like how all the staff are different kinds of cats but that the customers range in species. The only issue I really have is the ads. They’re not completely lined up with the gameplay. The inaccuracy of ads has always been a down point for me and I much rather suggest you keep the gameplay in ads true to the game itself. For example, one of the ads gave you a choice of different furniture at the start; three different ones to choose from. Firstly, that isn’t how it is chosen in game, and secondly, the currency is portrayed differently. Over all, it’s a really cute game with a nice style and a soft happy feel to it. The sound track, the character designs and the range between them.

  • Cute but ads can get insane

This cute little game is a perfect mash up of animal crossing and animal restaurant. While they art style and music are top notch, but the gameplay is so limited. I knew it was going to be an idle game going in but I didn’t think it would hardcore limit how much I could actually play. They taps to promote have to refill at the rate of 1 per 2 minutes.. which I can tap through 40 of those in maybe a minute. Then every aspect of the game is “hey watch an ad to make this better”. Which is sometimes to be expected but I found myself opening the app to watch ads for about 5 minutes and then actually play for maybe a minute or 2. To make matters worse, some of these ads play for 45 seconds or just struggle to load until it gives you an error. It’s a cute game for a day or two but I don’t want my fun silly downtime at work to be just waiting through ads.

  • Genuinely Good Game

I love this game. Everything about it. It has been made so perfectly that I have nothing negative to say. I love that I have the ability to use in-game rewards to avoid ads that help me earn more in-game rewards (basically, you can skip ads without spending real money—it’s genius, and I’ve never played another game with this option.) I enjoy all of the graphics and the little sounds. I play the game when I want to pass time as well as when I’m feeling stressed or anxious and it genuinely calms my nerves; it’s a really peaceful game. On top of all the little bits I mentioned, there’s a mysterious story you get to follow along with. The more you play and level up your little restaurant, the more you uncover. Overall, I really like everything about it and I hope I get to continue enjoying it for a while.

  • Cozy, adorable fun with a great progression scale

I love this game so much! I download so many “cozy idle apps” only to immediately delete them because there were too many ads, not idle enough, too idle, etc, so I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do! It’s so cute and simple enough to keep open and tap around on while I watch TV. The way the game scales is great, it’s not too easy and not too hard, and it doesn’t hit a wall midway through. The cost for new items and recipes scales super well and it’s so easy to get acorns with just a few minutes of patience! You can watch ads to get boosts or double your acorn haul from an event, but that’s it! No pop-ups, they’re all totally voluntary which makes me more than happy to watch them when I want that extra boost :)

All in all, would absolutely recommend! It’s one of the best mobile games I’ve played in a very long g time and it’s definitely cemented its place in my rotation!

  • Phenomenal!!!

Where do I even start??? I've only had this game for about a week, and I've fallen IN LOVE. I log in everyday and play for at least 10 minutes. This game is just so.. perfect!! It's extremely calming due to its cutesy art style, slow moving animation (a good thing!!), quiet, lovely music, and the sound effects!! But not only is it calming-- it's engaging! It has lots of different things to do to progress the (cute, but not intense) storyline. For example, you have to buy things for your cafe to increased its reputation, and once you've reached a certain reputation, you are able to add a bakery or campground! It's engaging and entertaining without being overwhelming or difficult to progress. I love it!

Oh, I forgot to mention! The game willl usually give you little mini games every 7 minutes or so, to keep you motivated! This is really nice and feels like a little reward. It's also super fun without paying, which I appreciate, since most games have paywalls/certain game items you can't get for free. This one doesn't!!

That's all for now. Amazing game!! 🩷
