  • Great game to relax without ads

I have been playing this game for hours now and it’s so addicting! The game is filled to the brim with great illustrations, gameplay, and interesting story lines. I am loving this cutsie aesthetic type of game, and the best part is you can actually play the game without an ad every two seconds. You can choose to watch the ads if you want at your own time. You can also skip ads by playing the game more! Overall, you should definitely consider getting this app if you are into cute cooking storytelling games with little to no ads. ;)

  • Pretty good, but…

This game is really fun and I personally ended up playing it for hours. I was browsing on the AppStore looking up ‘fun cat cafe games’ when I found this. The app had PRETTy good reviews so I downloaded it and it was really fun at first… but after playing it for 3 or 4 days it sort of got a bit boring I mean it was just the same thing over and over again and it took me a rlly long time to collect acorns, and there wasn’t much new things to do or unlock once I finished the bakery. Though, getting to the Sanctuary as kept me motivated, and I just wanted to say that the game could use some sparks here and there and new updates to keep the users motivated throughout the came. But, over all, I love this game so much and it is very fun and all and I advise you to download it. :)

    Developer Response

Hello, thank you for playing our game and sharing your feedback, we really appreciate it.
  • Wonderful game !

I have seen a couple of negative reviews about this game in reference to the storyline and gameplay, as well as predatory ads. I have not experienced a single video ad as they are all completely optional and only to get items quicker than you would normally. The few ads I have seen were in-game, styled pop-ups advertising the games packages for (once again) getting items faster than you typically would. The story is decent, and definitely kid friendly. It has fairly optional quests that suggest for you to buy specific things in exchange for small rewards, but the player is allowed to buy things they can afford in any order, as long as it’s within their reputation level. It’s not automatic (most of the games I play are) and the closest I’ve seen it get to automatic is the food truck you are allowed to buy which collects tips while you have the app both open and closed. It starts at a fairly high capacity and gives you a large bonus when you buy it as well! At least it did for me. The art is adorable, and every character has a backstory or somewhat of a personality. It’s centered around an older couple who have been in different places for a couple of years and one has sadly been unable to keep their restaurant running. The player is then put in charge of managing the shop to fix it up before the partner overseas comes back. This game is wonderful, appropriate, engaging, and cute. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

  • favorite game Ever :3

all of the characters are so cute, i love that you can mix n match all of the furniture and the bonuses still apply! also as an ad hater (i remember when phone games didn't have any ads💔) this is the ONLY game i will play ads for without any qualms, i just feel like they're so much more worth it to sit through than other games i've played. i just wish the story didn't kind of fall off later in the game, but there's so much to do that it's not a dealbreaker or anything :)

  • Peaceful Gameplay

I’ve been playing this game since the day it was released, and I love it. Cute graphics, good concept, and no ads unless you choose to watch them! Curious to know how the game is going to expand as I’ve already opened all the spaces and am almost done expanding the decorative sets.

Would recommend either a person who, when unlocked, auto brings customers, instead of having to hit the promotion button all the time, an option to hold down the button, or the ability to pay diamonds to auto spin. Also, consider upgrades to food and maybe changing customer costumes.

  • Wonderful! But I have suggestions

I love this game! I had it preordered the moment I saw it and I’ve loved everything about it since it came out. But I have a couple of suggestion just to improve the quality-of-life: a way to see the dialogue again (as in the dialogue of the story, after feeding bread to workers, etc) and an animation when your workers are doing their actions, like the waiter could stand up while he’s taking peoples orders
Overall, 10/10 game with wonderful animation, story, and gameplay that could use a small update before achieving the perfection I believe it can be :)

  • This game is everything

It is a RARE occasion i’ll play a mobile game for more than three consecutive days. And it is even rarer that i’ll feel so compelled to write a review but i flippin love this game. i’ve played it for a week now and have not gotten bored. 10/10 visuals. 10/10 ad usage. Every other “free to play” app i’ve played either shoves ads down my throat like there’s no tomorrow making me never want to open the app again or they limit the content in a way that you can only get so far until everything else you want to get is only accessible if you have an unreasonable amount of gems or whatever ie. making you spend actual money. But this game is beautiful in the way that you do not have to see a single ad unless you want to get a great prize in return. And the prizes are super generous so it always feels worth it. It’s genius! Ultimately you’ll never have to pay a dollar to get any of the in game content. Overall, it’s a super relaxing, entertaining, and cute game that is like a throwback to when games were not money hungry :D Very much recommend haha.

  • Great Game, and Not Predatory

A lot of games offer a nice playing experience at the beginning, and then beg you for reviews right before they price gouge you for additional content and play time. So I was waiting to write this review, but now that I’ve been playing this for a week, I think I can say this with confidence.

I love this game, it’s super cute and fun; it’s quirky and clever in narrative and asset design. Importantly, for the first time ever for a game of its type, I don’t feel backed into a wall to spend money in order to keep playing. I usually prefer games that you can just pay once to remove forced ads, and then essentially own the whole game ad-free. Which is fine. We should pay people for their work. This game does not offer that, but it doesn’t even have forced ads. Not at all. There are in-app purchases, but they sell things you WANT to buy, because there are such cute items and buffs. But you don’t NEED to. You can also acquire an insane amount of bonuses by watching ads voluntarily.

I wish every developer had this kind of business model; it really favors the player, and I am absolutely and necessarily impressed! Thank you!

  • Cute and Fun but now what?

So this a cute game and visually very nice quality. It’s rly satisfying to collect huge piles of acorn money and I appreciate being able to use whatever outfit or furnature I want once it’s unlocked. However, the problem is i’ve hit a wall? I unlocked everything. There are no more quests popping up…so now I just get on to bake food to hatch fairy eggs (which could be its own game tbh) and try to max out my sprites’ levels. I recommend playing this if you want something stress free to do. I guess now I just want for the next update.

  • My honest review! (Hint: I like it)

This game is super cute! It plays smoothly, the characters are cute and lovable. While there are ads and in-game purchases, you absolutely do NOT have to buy, or watch them! This game CAN be played completely ad free!

This game is really fun too! Again, it plays smoothly, the characters are cute, lovable, and very charming. The art style of the game is top tier! I would recommend this game to all of my friends! 10/10
