Great appp!!!!!

A great app with a lot of useful information. It's definitely worth trying if you want to improve your life. The app has many interesting features, and I especially liked the section on circadian rhythms. The interface is also very pleasant and easy to use.

A nice upgrade

Good app, great design and functionality.

Have been using it for couple of weeks, especially enjoyed breathing practices and evening routine. It also gives sleep report every day if you’re wearing any sleep tracker, very useful feature but I would appreciate if the report would be more detailed. Also one of the greatest features is calculating the circadian rhythms in the day and telling you when it’s best to nap or drink coffee to have a good restful night later. Overall, it’s good and I totally recommend this app if you want to create a healthy evening routine, go mindful through the day and sleep better.

Great app!

If you want to fix your sleep, this app is for you! I really like this app. First, I enjoyed the course—it’s helped me improve both my sleep schedule and my sleep quality and I’m only halfway through it so far. I also appreciate the analysis tools. The sleep diagrams allow me to reflect on my sleep quality, and the circadian rhythm diagram helps me schedule my day more productively. Looking forward to the morning course to help establish a morning routine as well.

Excellent app for improving sleep

This app has really helped me improve my sleep patterns. The science-based approach is both informative and easy to follow. The quality of my sleep has noticeably improved, as has my waking time. Highly recommended!!!

This app has really helped me finally get a handle on my insomnia and start sleeping well again.

I’ve struggled with insomnia for what feels like forever, spending hours trying to fall asleep or just not sleeping much at all. I’ve tried a bunch of different things, including other apps, but nothing really worked. Then I came across this app, and it’s honestly been a lifesaver. It’s shown me some great tips and helped me build a better sleep routine. The advice is based on science, but it’s also really easy to follow. Now, I usually fall asleep within ten minutes, and I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore. I’m really grateful I found this app, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone else dealing with the same issues.

Nice

I just got through the first night using this app along with my Apple Watch. The schedule feature is sweet, because it guided me through the day, as in letting me know when to nap and when to stop drinking canine. It’s a good app, and accessible to the blind. I wish I could use it to it’s full potential. But, I can’t afford a subscription because I’m on a fixed income, due to my blindness and disability. I could really use this app, because I also have ADHD. I’m sorry this is so long, but I felt like it needed to be. Keep up the good work.

Seriously impressed

This app is a game changer, thank you developer(s)! it’s apparent that a lot of thought and effort went towards the concept and user interface here. This is not your typical habit building or sleep tracking app! I love the premise of interacting with a kind of visual AI character I suppose (Sleepy) rather than just being given basic tips or routines that I quickly lose interest in and forget about. Awesome app to use if you’re neurodivergent, it’s extremely engaging and has made something I dread (self-discipline lol) much more enjoyable!!

Thanks to this app, I was able to conquer my chronic insomnia and now enjoy quality sleep

For years, I was plagued by insomnia, taking hours to fall asleep, or sometimes barely sleeping at all. Despite trying numerous remedies and apps, nothing seemed to work. This app, however, has been a game-changer. It has taught me beneficial practices and helped me craft an effective sleep routine. All suggestions are science-based yet feel like an engaging journey. Now, it takes me merely ten minutes to doze off and I no longer wake up throughout the night. I am genuinely thankful for finding this solution and wholeheartedly recommend others to try this app.
