Now, I need to make another payment, but the app is asking me to update again. I am extremely concerned that this update will result in the same login issues as before. It is frustrating to deal with these problems, especially since communicating with your IT and billing departments is difficult due to the time difference between the US and the Philippines.
I urge your team to address these ongoing issues and improve the app’s reliability. This situation has been an unnecessary hassle, and it’s disappointing to see such inefficiency. I’m forced to update the app once more, and I sincerely hope I won’t encounter the same problem again.
