2 Vertus Apps = Dumb
Needing two Vertus apps with two separate logins is honestly lazy and a poor resident experience.Slow and limited functionality
Usability needs improvement, missing data and the splitting of functions between the 2 apps Vertus has isn’t making it simpler.Terrible
Trying to ask for a building to fix noisy pipes.
App doesn’t allow any options which are remotely relevant to this request.
I then tried ‘contact’ and this resulted n a phone call which said ‘no one around to help call back later’
Not sure why we need two apps, concierge and this.
