    I love MidSouth Bank Mobile app is awesome.

    I really like the ease and total access.
  • Not up to date. Thumbs down.

    The app is slow and not on “real” time like other banks.
    Transfer function doesn’t work.
    Items stay in pending for 2-3 days. It is never up to date.
  • Gross technical oversight

    Every month I have to contact the branch because I’m charged a fee when I have e statements and a fee waiver for this option. Also there is a glitch in turning the card off and on. You have to do it manually twice everytime because the 1st attempt resets.
