Still no answer - Worst customer service
They can reply to this comments, but they cannot answer e-mails or even in the app. I’ve been trying to get help because I’m unable to withdraw money from the game and my verification got locked because I uploaded the wrong document. I even contacted Simsub, the company that provides the verification and they say my issue needs to be solved bro the game developer. So again, for the 10th time, I sent emails to all the email addresses that the game say they should reply, and also used the app to try to contacte them, and I got no answer. No matter what, no answer, but they can reply to reviews we leaved here.
The worst of all are that every time they someone leaves a bad review, they say that they are trying their best and to contacte them using the tab in the app for communications, and they don’t even answer there, so it’s all a lie. I have been trying to get a deposit tournament issue sorted for a week now. Since the changes of the app my winning steaks have almost disappeared. I deposited to play and have been showing in 2nd place for a week waiting for another player. I deposited for a 2nd deposit tournament and completed it with out issue. While the 1st one just sits waiting for another player. I have sent at least 4 messages to customer service with screenshots. No answer from anyone, issue still not sorted. I have made this review in hopes someone reads it and will finally reach out to me to get this issue sorted and I either get my winnings or my money back. I refuse to spend more of my money when app is not working properly. Been playing for over a year now. Would be a shame to have to delete the app and find another that is not having issues and a customer service team that will actually assist when needed.Show lessTiggerubdike

Something is up with this game yes I understand when you get bonus cash you cannot cash that out, but I have one so many times and the bonus cash goes up not the winnings, which is weird. I take screenshots of it. I have contacted customer support so many times and they just don’t answer you. I just want people to be aware of this because I believe it’s fraudulent. It’s weird when you win a match your bonus cash goes up and now I have way more bonus cash than I have winnings and it should be the other way around. I am going to include these matches that I went back to back and you can clearly see the bonus cash going up more than the winnings. A lot of the other bingo games will give you game bike game of what’s added bonus cash and winnings this game will not how does bonus cash just keep going up? I purposely have not been taking any bonus cash for this reason. I just contacted Apple support. Hopefully they can help

The cash game entry fee includes bonus cash and real cash, so the rewards you win inclouds bonus cash and real cash both.
