Hi there, hope all is well. In the app, the App Store description and in our marketing we make it clear that Colour Varia does not subscribe to the seasonal colour system and does not carry out seasonal colour analysis. We use a scientific approach to colour analysis that is linked to our eyes biology and our emotional response to colours. The colours are created directly from your skin and eye colours so they are your unique colours, we also give you more flexibility to use colours your love and to wear items you love by scanning it with the app or favouring a colour from within the app.
Again, as we did make it clear this is not for seasonal colour analysis we would appreciate if you could consider removing your review.

Hope you are well today. Thank you for your positive review, and bringing to our attention a potential patch needed.
Just to check, if you go to the nav bar of your palette and scroll the nav bar to the right you should see a button called "Hex", if you tap this button it should reveal the hex codes for each colour.
Please let us know if in your case the hex code button is locked even after purchasing premium and we will make sure to fix this right away.

Really sorry to not have seen your review until now, we have measures in place to not let this happen again, thank you for your patience. There was an issue a month ago that inhibited a tutorial popup from appearing after purchasing Design Pro which would have demonstrated to you how to see your hex codes. At the time you were required to hold down on the screen twice. Since then, this has changed. If you update the app to our latest version, you can scroll the nav bar at the bottom of your palette to a button called "Hex". If you tap this button, your hex codes will appear and disappear.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope you have been enjoying the app since.
