Beware, you can only get the money you win out
If you decide you don’t like the game and you want to just cash out everything everything you cannot do that. You can only get the money that you have one out and winning is difficult. it constantly pushes you to add and add for different tiers of different things. You cannot get that money back even if you have not lost it losing on the impossible games to win. it’s a thumbs down for me and this is this a scammy game like all the rest of them.Show lessMoony74133

This game is really fun, I was enjoying playing it, then back on July 14th I did my first withdrawal from this app. After fallowing the withdrawal instructions they inform you that it could take up to 7 to 10 business day for your withdrawal to be added to your PayPal account. Well on August 1 I still had not received the funds to my account, so I contacted support. I was informed that they were still processing my payment and that it was there first priority, I would receive my payment within the next 10 days…..so here we are 13 days later, or rather 30 days from when I did the withdrawal and guess what…..Yeppers, I still have not gotten my money!!!
This company has lied to me twice, it has been 30 days since I requested my withdrawal! That in my opinion at this point they are just refusing to give me my payout.
So for those of you that are thinking about down loading this game DON’T BOTHER, they DO NOT Pay OUT and they will lie to you!….so if you are wanting to make some money, Do NOT bother playing this game!Show lessG~Spice18

I’ve been playing this game since 2022. I love it. Win some, lose some. I have yet to cash out any money because I keep putting it back into the game, which is ok with me. Very addicting game but the first game I’ve played where you actually can win. Not to mention, they give sooooo many chances at free games every day! This game is so much fun. You get to see different islands after you complete each level. You also get a chance to play for free and earn some cash. Other players could attack you and you can get your revenge or get attacked again lol. This game does not require to add money but there is option to top up with cash. The only thing I don't like is the more you win, the bigger the bonus cash. Then when you try to withdraw, you get only a 1/4 of the money as the rest was considered as bonus cash and you can't withdraw it.Show lessCool_NB

I really enjoyed this game. I’ve been playing it for a while and yes, I have even been adding money to it because it’s so much fun to go to the different places. but for the last two days when I go to the website, it tells me that more are. The building games are coming soon. What does that mean and now you got it up there that you play big money but you had to pay play against anywhere from 10 to 15 people, it’s really hard to win that way. So far its been 18 days since I requested a withdraw of $22. The notice says review takes 72 hrs. When I first started playing I requested a withdraw of $15 and it DID only take 3 days. I was impressed and considered paying a little in to play more. Glad I did not. Now 18 days and still nothing. Don’t tell me to contact customer support. Already have. Every day I get an email asking me if I still need help and telling me if I don’t respond my case will be closed. So every day I respond with yes, I still need help. I have a feeling I will never see my winnings. If they think I would EVER put any $$ into this app knowing what I know now, they are mistaken. $22 is not a big amount but I won it so it is mine, it’s the principle.. If it was a large amount, they would REALLY have a problem. I will not play this game anymore. It was fun until this. Now its just frustrating.Show lessCombjockey

Played a bit, made a withdrawal. The first one went through fine within a couple days. The second has been pending for about 2 weeks even though the app says it’ll be reviewed within 3 business days or 72 hours. I sent in a support ticket but it was closed without resolving the issue.
I cannot make any more withdrawals because the current one is still pending, effectively preventing me from earning anything more from the app.
None of the other real money apps have prevented me from withdrawing like this. I will update the review of his is ever resolved.Show lessK. Kleer

It’s has now been 7 days. A full week with absolutely NO resolution. Started a new conversation with support today and got the exact same response as when I first contacted them at the 4 day mark. I have no reason to think I’m getting the money. I fully believe they intend to screw around about it hoping I’ll give up and they’ll keep it. I play another of their games. I’ve even paid money into it. Initially, when I cashed out it all went smoothly. The last two transactions on that game went poorly but not this bad. All I can say is this: While the games are indeed fun, play with all this in mind! PLAYERS BEWARE!
