6 months and counting ... still my withdrawal request is pending
I won more than $1300. I submitted a withdrawal request for $1000 waited for 14 days but I did not receive the money. Contacted customer support, I was told that my paypal account has a problem so I called paypal . Paypal told me that their is nothing wrong with my account. So I message bubble dash support team again they told me to process anew withdrawal request and use a different paypal account. I followed all their advice . I told them that I sent a new withdrawal request with a different paypal account . They responded that they are processing it. Waited for 15 days and after 15 days I contacted them again but when I opened the app messaging all the messages were deleted , good thing I have screenshot of all the promises that they made. Now it's more than 6 months and my request is still pending and customer service is not responding. So beware of this app...
