Disappointing

I used to open my bpi mobile abroad. But I dont know what happened, I cant access it anymore, even the online banking. So upsetting. I tried online banking,the msg said otp was sent thru my nmber here abroad,never received any. Tried several times, useless

Worst app ever!!!

I have not seen an app worse than this. You cant even go past registration. Come on BPI. Thousands of people share the same issues and you have not even issued any statement acknowledging the problem. This app sucks big time.

Unbelievable

Suddenly asks for update. But when you go to the App Store, the update isnโ€™t even there yet. So I go round and round without getting anywhere. Perfect timing of course when I desperately need access to my funds while Iโ€™m overseas.

New BPI App

Worst upgrade lalo for OFWs might as well transfer to other banks. Hassle hindi katulad ng precious app

Bulok BPI

Bulok ang bagong app ninyo. Hindi makagawa ng any transaction while abroad. Kahit anong registration ang gawin para sa bulok na mobile key, umiikot lang sa landing page. Hindi makasend ng SMS sa number nyo lang naman kahit pa roaming naman, may signal at may load ang SIM.

Not OFW Friendly | HASSLE in all caps

A year has passed and I still canโ€™t access my bank account because of the stupid authentication whatever. As an OFW, i donโ€™t have an active phone number. Why not have email as the authentication method and not phone number? Do better BPI! You shouldnโ€™t have had an update. This is a downgrade from the already working previous app.

Poor App using Abroad

Nag register using the number abroad. ayaw mag register. napakahirap. Tatawag kapa ng hotline tapos pahihintayin. tapos ang isasagot follow the SMS instruction pero ayaw pa rin magregister.

Crashes instantly!

The app just crashes the moment I try to open it!
Perfect timing when I really needed it.
Most times itโ€™s alright but this crash issue has happened several times before. Itโ€™s not really reliable especially if your overseas and needing access to your account.
I canโ€™t even use the website because it needs the app for the authenticator.

Credit Card Scheduled Payments

Hello BPI, Metrobank has an app feature that allows for scheduled billing/biller payments using registered credit cards.

May I ask why you donโ€™t have this feature yet? There is no settings to tweak the frequency of payments (weekly, monthly, duration, etc.) Metrobank alerts three days, two days and a day before the actual payment is charged. Canโ€™t you offer the same?

Some billers have fixed amounts, that donโ€™t necessarily need us to repetitively go to the app and input the payment via credit card on a monthly basis. Please fine tune your basic app offerings first.

Your app features are so behind other Philippine banks (UBP, MBTC), Southeast Asian banks (CIMB) and American/British banks (Citibank, HSBC). Please try to keep up. Stop over promising, just focus on perfecting the basics first.
