Hangs all the time

Login credentials ignored
Can’t log in. The app tosses me to to their web site to log in. After providing my un/pw I get tosses back to that same page with the un/pw fields cleared. So I can’t log in and the app is useless. BTW, by using a browser and going directly to their site I can log in no problem.DongiorgioSD
Bad
I just downloaded the app. No option to register first. The only option the app gives you is to sign in with username and password which I obviously didn’t create yet. Contacted customer service via chat just to be told they are not available at this time. What a joke, I will erase the app because is good for nothing.Show lessPeludo6!

Their site says the app is the best way to change a ticket, but if that ticket wasn’t bought with an already-registered account, it’s useless. I had to register to access the app at all, than then couldn’t import a previously purchased ticket. IT worse than Renfe or Iberia… they should be ashamed of themselves!Show lessEarlOfDutchess
