Absolute Sham - Do Not Use :-(
Used in Rhodes. App function success rate is less than 50% meaning two 4 minute rides have cost over 11 minutes each. I had two users next to me, one who could open the app, one that couldn’t. Same phone, same network. Clearly just a method of dishonestly stealing money.grumpyharris
Terrible experience
I want to start by saying that the scooters themselves were terrible the brakes didn’t work until it would lock up the wheel and make you skid. What didn’t help this was the steering was too loose and wobbly.
There also wasn’t enough parking spaces and even when in one it’s says you aren’t in there and continues to take money off of you even though you aren’t riding the scooter. The gps system inside is extremely poor as to register that I was in the parking zone I had to go into a shop.
The app itself is buggy and at times hard to navigate with some things not being clear. Because of all of this I ended up getting charged nearly triple the amount that I initially paid for which was an hour pass.
So overall if you can stay away from this app and there scooters do so as they are scammers that take your money and don’t get back to you or help you with any of your problems along with the many other things wrong with it and the scooters themselves.Show lesssprungy07
Stopped working
We got two scooters and one stop working say we needed to return it to a parking bay we tried two locations and told they were full one with only 5 scooters in it so then had to walk all the way back to where we got them.
As we couldn’t of hire it cost me over £20 to push this thing for 40 mins

Broken Phone Holder
Smashed the screen on my iPhone 13 due to a broken phone holder the corner must have been damaged as when I stopped it was missing retraced my steps 0.5 mile and luckily found it smashed so beware.Blue Turnips

Terrible app constant technical issues
If Apple Pay isn’t broken, which means I can’t hire a scooter, then the engine on the scooters is broken which means I have to push the heavy scooter along with my feet in heavy traffic.
I have also had issues with parking up scooters, where the scooter and helmet is fully parked but the app doesn’t recognise it.

Scam app
DO NOT USE! The scooters are terrible, most do not work. Also they take money without permission and do not contact you back if you have issues. Myself and partner learnt the hard way with this one - read the reviews and do not use this dodgy company. We used this service in Gibraltar.
