Lack of parking
The scooters themselves are fab, quick and easy to use. Charge your phone, show you parking spaces (in app), but the parking spaces are really poor. You put in a destination on your maps (Google, linked with the app) and when you arrive it won’t let you park there, despite there being other scooters parked there, meaning more minutes finding a new parking space= more money spent. Would be amazing if they added more drop off points, charged nothing for ‘pausing’ your trip within the first hour, or amended their lack of drop of points.Show lessshankon3
Cannot park in designated area!
Very unhappy with service! GPS is bad and you cannot park in designated area! The app suggested to park inside a supermarket!Artons7
ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE COMPANY
Don’t give these guys your money! You will never get it back. The scooters will wreck up money even if your parked into the designated parking spots and will never works. They may refund you and put it back in your wallet but the same thing will happen again. Been waiting MONTHS on getting my money out the “wallet” and back into my account.

Scam app
This app allowed me to put money into it and then when trying to use scooters it doesn’t work and makes you download the second app where the accounts don’t link and you can’t refund money out the account! Dont bother using!!Fredrickzlife
Can’t login.
Forced to download this app, as the ‘shared mobility’ version no longer allows you to use it.
Can’t login to this version either as the SMS codes aren’t being received. This is the same for me and many friends with Gibraltar phone numbers. Unsure if this is specific for Gibraltar or other regions too.
Don’t force another app on people if you haven’t fully tested this one. Doesn’t surprise me considering how the scooters barely work either due to connectivity issues. So glad my ride pass I’ve paid for is going to waste.Show lessCoxy2K

Couldn’t set up account

Absolutely terrible. Couldn’t rate it any worse.
Constantly starts and stops, very limited parking spaces. Higher than usual cost. Glitchy app that continuously has to be restarted. Never registers that it’s actually in a parking space when you do eventually find one meaning you miss your reservation because you spend 30 trying 3 different parking spots trying to finally make the blimey thing stop charging you! Terrible experience
East to use and quite stable and quick.
But their gps is very bad, the satellite gps with the phone gps does not sync, and when you need to park it that’s a huge problem that will cost you money.
I am never gonna use it again. I went around 5 parking spaces and the app did not work properly.Yan man89
