At home Pilates , just as good as in a studio
I love the convenience of having this app to access so many Pilates classes that are just as good as heading to the studio !!! The best part is I can do them according to my own timetable and in the comfort of my own home. Lots of workouts to choose from and wonderful meals plans to combine with challenges to kickstart your all round superb health journey!

Hard not to fall in love with pilates
Prior to subscribing to Fluidform at home, I never tried pilates before but the promise of 20 minutes a day being enough to make a change really appealed to me. I just became a mum and needed someone to guide me because what I was doing before wasn’t suddenly working. Kee’s postnatal programs are simply amazing. She uses very positive language, NO bouncing back but getting yourself back together, rebuilding yourself. I trusted her and oh boy she delivered!! It’s been almost a year since I’ve joined and I never felt stronger. I’m genuinely obsessed with Fluidform ❤️ Their challenges are wonderful, they have so many to choose from. They are all great, well structured and you will see results. The app is super easy to use, everything is in one place - workouts, yummy recipes and you can even track your progress which is super motivating. Everything is there for you, you just have to show up.

It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket!
After initially signing up to FLUIDform at home when I was pregnant, I decided to get back into the workouts 18 months post my last baby in order to feel like myself again. The app is super easy to navigate and for me, it’s perfect to be able to have all the workouts and meal plans I need, right there on my phone! Best of all, I can travel and still workout as I always have my phone! Kee and the teams workouts and easy to follow and her voice guides are clear. The addition of new workouts as well as the challenges keep you motivated! The little motivational daily prompts make it easy to stay accountable and engaged! 100% recommend!

Access to Pilates no matter where you live
I signed up to Fluidform quite a number of years ago when it first came out as I had moved out of Sydney to a regional area and was struggling to find classes that were regularly on (once a week isn’t enough for me!)
I tried a few other online options where the classes sat at around the 60 minute mark and I struggled to maintain focus. Once I found Fluidform I began to really love my daily twenty mins and love the fact that I can do it anywhere and at anytime!
The app has made this even easier and the recipes are also excellent. Kee’s instructions are clear and easy to follow and she’s also an inspirational instructor. Can highly recommend!

I love the Fluidform At Home App
I’ve been loving Pilates for over 15 years now and have been a long time Fluidform Pilates client, joining up during Covid.
The programs in the FFAH App are personalized to your individual requirements - after signing up and completing the introductory questionnaire they send you an small equipment pack including 5 resistance bands, Pilates ball and pair of slider discs which is all you need to begin.
I love Pilates and all it has helped me with so much so, that I completed my Pilates Instructor certification three years ago now and consistently use the app for both my own at home workouts and for adding inspiration in programming my own classes. The recipes and meal plans are fabulous too!
Currently I am working through the Activate Abs 2.0 challenge and I am loving the variety of workouts. I highly recommend FFAH for anyone wishing to build up their general fitness, it’s a great tool for anyone wishing to gain strength, the movements & variety of class flows have helped manage my lower back pain and build on my flexibility and stability.

Pilates in your pocket
I began with fluidform after I had my second baby during Covid lockdowns in Sydney. I was able to start slow and gentle and by even doing 15 minutes, I felt like I had achieved something. Over the years I’ve done different challenges, built on my strength and the options allow me to fit in a workout where I can. I use it when I travel for work, at home with the kids and even doing reformer. It’s helped me with a workplace injury, strength and flexibility!

The Best
I was doing regular studio Pilates up to early 2020 for core and maintaining lower back health then came Covid. I moved to online Pilates for a couple of years but never really found anything that really ‘nailed’ it. Till I found Fluidform. I have used the app for close to a year now and will be very happily renewing my annual subscription when it comes around. There is plenty of variety and a range of experience levels are covered. The 3 week Challengers are brilliant and really get you going. If you’re in doubt, take the trial. You will be subscribing to the app before your trial has ended. Excellent.

Easy and ideal
I’ve been using the FluidForm app now for a few months and I’ve found it really easy to use. All my workouts in one location and the counter keeps me accountable. I like having the option to download my workouts too, so I can do them if I’m in a bad reception location.
Kee makes the workouts easy to follow. Very happy to have stumbled across FluidForm Pilates 😊

Great programs to enhance your fitness….
Fluid Form At Home is very versatile. I love doing about 20 minutes of Pilates each morning, and I find this much time fits into a busy morning and gets results. If the weather is bad and I can’t go walking in the afternoon, there plenty of diversity to find Pilates activities to take it a place. The stretch and relax videos are awesome for rest days, or decompress after a stressful day before bed.

Changed my life !
I joined Fluidform at home after reading an article in the paper. One day I decided you know what, I’m worth 20 mins a day ! I went from not ever using at all to completing a challenge ! My balance has improved, I feel stronger and fitter ! The app is amazing, workouts, recipes and meal plans all at your fingertips, save your favourites too. New challenges released regularly!
