Great Training
Having spent about only a month's worth of time in the gym my entire life, I was very anxious and unsure about how to get into weightlifting properly. I luckily found George, who has over 13 years of experience in weightlifting and is a fantastic trainer. When we first met, I knew I would be in good hands. He made me feel at ease, and even though I had anxious and insecure feelings about being in a gym, he would teach me how to let go of those and feel at home. George not only got me over my fear of the gym but also taught me everything I needed to know to correctly and safely lift weights. I feared that after all the years of little exercise, I could somehow injure myself, but that went away the moment we started with his training process. I spent a year training with George, and I couldn't be happier with what I've accomplished. These days working out is something I look forward to doing rather than dreading. If you're looking for a trainer who is empathetic, caring, encouraging, and overall there for your success, look no further. George will help you accomplish whatever goals you have set out for yourself.
