  • Student Pass is gone?

    A new semester started and suddenly the app doesn’t work. I’ve paid for my student pass with my college but it won’t show up on the app. When I try to open my wallet to purchase a separate pass, it says unable to retrieve products.
  • What happen to my student pass

    When I was at the bus stop this morning trying to get my student pass it said it has expired like when did that happen . I had used it last month why did it expire? And now it doesn’t give me a way to reactivate the wallet it’s so frustrating to use this app with all the bugs it has
  • broken app

    This app is broken. I keep trying to login with my college email but every single time that I do i’m stuck at the ‘create wallet’ screen. I type literally anything I can think of but it doesn’t let me through, this is the only thing preventing me from riding the bus free with the supposed free student pass I have. absolutely ridiculous.
  • Why am I getting charged twice.

    Whenever I buy a pass later on in the day I get another notification for something I’ve already a paid for
  • dont like the app

    initial install demanded biometric permissions, i don't even know what it is, and also wanted me to create a wallet? never done it. i have the RTA pass. i intend to give this app $0. (let's see if that's true, seeing all the other reviews)

    and why is it changing my phone brightness to 100%? i didn't give it any such permission to do that. unless that's what biometrics is (doubt)

    also when i click on my pass in "pay as you go" it doesn't show anything (was hoping to see details), and if you try to click anywhere but the back button it just crashes?
  • Do not download this app!!!

    The RTA does not use this app anymore. Our party purchased over $80 worth of RTA passes using this app which we can’t use on the RTA. We all read that the Go Mobile RTA app was supported by the RTA which is not true. RTA hasn’t used this app in over 2 years…but they still took our $. Lame
  • Double-billed me for a Monthly Pass

    Like everyone else my experience is that it crashes all the time, logs you out & won’t let you permanently dismiss the biometric popup screen either, making it an embarrassing and time-wasting process, and the route planning stuff is useless

    Then I got hit with a double charge and RTA still hasn’t resolved this two weeks later.

    Token was MUCH better.
  • Not Customer Friendly

    The terms used in the app are confusing when it comes to ordering and using passes. The UI also does not read info from contacts or password savers so there is no option to autofill information like address or credit card info. Very poorly designed app.
  • Poor functioning, logs out

    With a rating of 1.2 out of 5.0 over more than 100 ratings, you would think that SPX would make an attempt at making this app better. Unfortunately, SPX also seems completely uninterested in doing that. This app randomly logs the user out - which is of course extremely inconvenient when trying to board a bus! "Hold on driver, let me log in again to this app so that I can pay my fare." Everything else about the app is also clunky - passes require effort to activate every single time that one uses them. This is no longer 2008, but this app sure feels like it is.
  • Glitchy

    Glitchy and unreliable. The app crashes and/or logs me out when I try to access my student pass. Not very convenient when you’re trying to board the bus with as little trouble as possible.
