Major Glitches
I order my food, then it refreshes and pulls back up my whole cart as if I didn’t complete the order and you cannot look at order history to see any past orders, user beware so you do not accidentally order multiple times!!!!
Cool app, kinda glitchy for me
Great app for ordering from what’s available at Kadena. The only issue I’m having is that when I exit the app after ordering and then go back to check the status my order is gone. I do call the restaurant to make sure it actually went through, just a gives me anxiety lol.
Unable to use a debit/credit card.
The UI for the app is clean, and building an order is very easy. However, when checking out with a debit/credit card, it says you must enter a ZIP code with the card information, but there is not a place to enter a ZIP. In a place where carrying USD is not all that common, using a debit/credit card is paramount to the satisfaction of users on this app.

Can only pay with cash.
Was really excited to have a lazy Sunday & order delivery butttt there’s no place to put a zip code in when putting in card info, and the app won’t let you proceed with the order without it.
The app besides that seems to be great and well designed but this is a major flaw that shouldn’t even exist in the first place.

Useless - No Zip Box / Can’t Use App to Order
The app worked fine initially, but after an update or two, you can’t even use it to order food. Spent 5-10 minutes picking what we were going to eat.. It’s cool being able to look at the menu but seriously?! Who fudged up the payment processing within the app. Maybe test an update before pushing out to the public. Let me waste more time calling the restaurant to order food. Unable to enter card info because there is no zip code block. 🤦🏿♂️

Convenient
The app is pretty solid for what it is. No complaints. Maybe more places to order from, but that’s it really.
Delivery time
Will not let me select delivery time, so I can complete order.
Useless
Can’t even put in card information because it doesn’t have a place for the zip code.
