  • Life savers for a foodie

    I swear I’m so glad this app exist! I can’t speak Korean and I’m such foodie so the things I can do outside are limited for a solo traveler who don’t speak Korean.
    I love getting delivery so I’m glad I found this app, the food is good!
    The only thing I don’t like is some days they don’t have that many restaurants available and a lot shut down early so I always try to order early.
    Either way I’m still thankful this app exist.

  • Best service in Korea for foreigners and locals

    I went to korea for medical purpose. I had no korean phone, just internet connection. I was definitely desperate. I found shuttle the only app that was in english and delivered all types of food. I spent the entire stay ordering from them in my hotel and never was I disappointed. The food came fast and was always warm and fresh even in freezing cold. I am forever grateful for the customer service being extra communicative about the status of your order. I had a few order cancelled because of the stores not the service and they promptly reimburse. I hope you guys never shut down. The best in the game

  • Can’t use cards

    I used to be able to us my cards on my app no problem. I had to update a card and now I can’t use it. I added a different card, can’t use that one either. Now if I want to use my cards I either have to pay through PayPal (which now times out) or login online and pay that way. I’ve talked to live chat and the only solution was to pay online and not through the app. Otherwise app is fine.
