  • Wonderful service

    I was admitted in for severe back pain. And the nurses were wonderful.
    The team on the third floor were absolutely wonderful.. they were so kind.

  • Useless App

    My doctor who is a cardiologist with Catholic Health apparently must not use this app. If you are a Catholic Health Provider the systems should automatically be linked or don’t be a Catholic Health provider. Even my primary care is listed and linked but I get no info. Only info I got on this app was when I went to the hospital.

  • Please fix problems after Crowdstrike

    I was enjoying the website until the Crowdstrike fiasco. Now, EVERY DAY since, I receive emails and texts asking me to complete my e-checkin, even though they have all been completed. Today I have received 2. Enough already! Please fix this bug.

  • This is best health app I have ever used!

    The real benefit is that when I check my lab work I can click on the link at the bottom to explain the test. Most results use acronyms to name a test or procedure, this link explains the abbreviations in layman’s language, more than 90 percent of the time. Thanks!
  • Misdirection and unfulfilled assistance

    Although catholic health may be a renowned healthcare provider; if you happen to be of the lower income bracket without any family assistance you are pretty much left to die on the side of the road; the app has consistently displayed ERRONEOUS information, and if you complain about some very obvious facts, it seems as if they want to further discourage your journey to obtain medical attention to address your health concerns. It’s appalling that in this century we are still being mistreated based things outside of our control, such as the color of your skin, or your sex at birth; this should stop and Catholic Health should address those concerns…

    There should be a a search button for all documents. This system is very frustrating for avid researchers, I can imagine older patients who are not as computer savvy. So sad!

    I keep getting messages on my home phone which we don’t use anymore and it asks me for my account number not my other ? Number?
    Can some please tell me first why do you insist on calling my home number and not my cell number,631-767-3408 and then when I call back asking for information that I don’t have !
    Why can’t you just have a live person tell me what you want or send me a bill in the MAIL !
    Why all this aggravation with phone calls to the wrong number ?????
