Network exception
First two days I got multiple notifications no birds to come to the feeder, but the wind was blowing and now all I get is Network exception every time I try to connect the birdfeeder. I’ve tried googling the problem. I’ve tried tubing the problem. I’m not able to contact the seller. Very frustrating. This was a gift.Show lessDpeppy2024
Less is less
Sure, the cameras were cheap, but the sound quality is atrocious and the app is somehow worse. Constant disconnects, and pop-ups to spend money on storage and other features every time you open it. In this case, less is truly less. Spend a little more money and save yourself frustration.19372873
App changes, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The app changed the way it works. At first when I clicked on a notification, it took me to the list of images (previous notifications). Now when I get a notification and click it, it goes to the main screen and I have to click the tiny little messages icon, which takes me to the live view camera. By the time I actually get to the notification image, too much time has passed. Defeating the purpose of having a security camera.
I tried contacting customer through the live chat option and it took them days to respond. When they did, they could not understand what I was saying and first claimed they did not respond sooner due to “the holidays “ and then said they were on vacation.
I am so frustrated with this product and app, I will be purchasing a new one from a different brand. This is ridiculous.Show lessXDNX2000
Bird house with solar camera
Would be great if the log in screen would let me in, instead of keeping me on an endless log in screen loop. Contacted the company and they want me to reset everything to defaults but they’re not even sure it will work (already did that last night - didn’t work). The bird is already building in there so I don’t want to disturb it. It works on my fiancés phone but not on mine. Can’t get an answer as to why, and this has been the most frustrating piece of technology since dial up internet. Would recommend a different camera system.Show lessHammersbagofem

This app is hard to setup and navigate. It took several attempts to connect to the internet. I finally got it to work properly and seems to be doing fine. The on line website is difficult to manage and I am still working through it. I am pleased with the general results so far.Johnney Q
Awesome to watch the birds
The software app was pretty difficult to set up but had several conversations with their chat. Wish the chat was actually live but they were pretty quick to respond. The cloud storage is pretty expensive but hope to try it and see if it’s worth it.Dusk807
Don’t waist your money
Unfortunately the bird feeder had good reviews on Walmart website but the app you have to use with it is horrible and not user friendly. It took two pictures the day we set it up and now it’s not automatically taking pics for some reason and can’t find anything to help troubleshoot. No tech support. I’m sure Walmart will say to contact producer but there’s no way to do that. I will be returning it and buying different brand.Show lessHorsekrazee
Smart Bird Feeder
My wife bought this bird feeder camera for me so I could watch the birds up close. Set up took a bit because it took 3 times before I could get a connection from the camera to the app. The camera, so far, has done a great job. Love the solar charging panel. Still muddling through the settings and action buttons on the app. Speaking of the app, after creating a login account, I received a message the next day from my security advisor that my email address had been found on the dark web. App Access for Cameras
I've had my new system set up for about 2 hours now. It sure would be nice if I didn't have to reset to factory settings every other time I open the app.... I've had to reset to factory 4 times because simply following the prompt to answer the security questions and reset the password is telling me the "user does not exist".?.?.?.?
