Lost connection and no memory from source

Every time I turn on the device I have to set it up all over again to enjoy the beat and the device needs a lock to prevent a accidentally turning it off.

Just Terrible

Got excited when this arrived (belt) and this app just ruined the experience. I’ve connected audio source and AirPods so many times and it probably worked for 5 seconds. Literally 5 seconds and now it’s either the audio is gone or the feedback or both. VERY FRUSTRATING. I felt the punch once and that was it. Terribly disappointed. This shouldn’t be in the market if you can deliver on promises. Lawsuit?

Terrible start at development

This app needs work. I buy the product. Once’s it’s set up you can use it but after that the app become useless. There’s no way to add/remove Bluetooth from the list or adjust in the settings such as led or even see status. It just put it simply doesn’t work. This company needs a new development team.

Make this open source software plz

App rarely loads audio correctly and routing from game controller to vest, to gaming headset is wireless mess. Time delay between video game and routing through controller -> vest -> headset is too delayed to be useful or immersive. If this software became open source, die hard fans and software engineers would of completed this with much faster haste and not for a dime, just because they enjoy using the hardware and want it to work as advertised. Please consider this.

We may have better suggested configurations than the one you are using, as the audio routing is not done through the app, and if going through the controller and setting the console properly latency shouldn't be an issue. Update the app please!

Every time apple get an update! You guys who owns woojer needs to update the app. This don’t make any sense to pay 500 bucks and you. Ain’t even enjoy the full immersive of this gadget. I guess when you buy things over seas you don’t get quality stuff

Integrate On and Off Controls for Woojer App

Could you please consider adding the functionality to turn on the Woojer Strap 3 through the App? This would greatly enhance accessibility as currently it can only be turned on via the belt at all times. Since the product is connected through Wi-Fi, having this option would be highly beneficial. Additionally, it would be appreciated if there was an option to set a specific time duration before the Woojer 3 automatically turns off when inactive, instead of it always turning off on its own. Disappointing Tech

After waiting for months, I finally got my Woojer and got it properly paired. About 10 seconds into the experience the sound cut out. I went back and forth with customer service for many weeks. Finally I was informed that a software patch would be released fixing my issue. I got frustrated and asked for a refund, they agreed, but said the woojer would have to come in the original packaging… I had already been in possession of the Woojer for well over a month so the packaging was long gone. I still have the Woojer, but this supposed software update has yet to be released. The technology is neat enough, but this product should not have gone to market because it is clearly not working properly.

This app is not even opening.

I’m just trying to open the app. And I can’t even open it. I have restarted my phone, delayed the app and re installed it and I still won’t open. One running the latest iOS and I meet the requirements needed. I just don’t understand why you charge so much money for your device and you can’t even get your app to work properly. I am probably going to return everything because I can’t independently set up Bluetooth and it’s infuriating.

Please let the strap 3 charge when using the device the next update

Connecting this is too much

For having an iPhone and trying to sync this is so hard. I’ve tried on many occasions and had problems with syncing the Woojer and my headphones
