Wow!!!!

I’m so stoked with my woojer vest 3! App works super good, I was able to connect my senheisser momentum 3 wireless buds, what I’m most impressed with it’s the power of the vest. At level 8 it’s super punchy and strong vibration and the way it replicates the low frequencies is next level! Now listening to music without the vest feels so empty. Very happy with my purchase!

Not connecting, less than helpful support

Device (Strap 3) is not connecting properly, app is saying it’s paired but then telling me “Source not connected.” Paired with AirPods, but no sound comes out. Tried the FAQ instructions, still nothing, tried emailing customer service, telling me the same unhelpful information. I am trying to process a return and they just keep telling me to how to connect it manually.
Do not recommend.

Ban experience

I do not do reviews, but after pre ordering and waiting almost 2 months for woojer strap 3 and the delayed working app, I am very disappointed. If I start playing music with one app, all is perfect but soon as I switch music app it goes completely out of sync and the woojer delay adjustments do not work. I am not even going to comment on gaming. Just horrible. Woojer please send an update to fix this. It’s almost 2023 and we should not need a ticket to talk to an engineer. Just get new engineers and have them fix the bugs. Love the idea of this old revived tech. You guys should have mastered this by now. Zero stars.

Still not working

Customer service is a joke no such thing. no telephone number no one to speak with. cryptic emails that say tell us what’s wrong with it. how about you start with we know we have a problem. Let’s see what we can do to help. Instead, I’m three emails in with the same useless information that I found off the FAQs page. And my device still is not connected or working properly.

Hi SR My apologies that this is your exeperience. Since the launch and the first market reactions indeed we encountered some issues that were not find during pre-release tests. There is already a new app that is in thje process and it solves the issues we are aware of. Can you please let me know your support case number and I will look into it personally?

Device does what it’s suppose to

No hassle setup, just need to read the manual. Love my vest 3.

Bad app

I have not been able to enjoy 20 min without app crashing. If you send an email Bluetooth stop working. If you send an email the Bluetooth drops. The app is so u stable. For 500 dollars why do we have a bad app. They needs to updated app so Bluetooth can be stable. They need to fix this really fast or imma need my money back!
