At first I didn’t have the app connection to the red light pad but after I used it a few times near my iPhone 11 , the app showed connection to the pad and app. And I connected it just fine. It works perfectly . I love it. You can adjust the time on the app. When I charge it, the connector to the pad is inside the pouch. And so when I unplug it from the main charger and then take out and reinsert the little square piece , and click the on button on the pad on the side (holding it down for a few seconds ) it works great. I’m probably making it more complicated but this is how I got mine to work. I love it! It was an accident gift from my mom in law and we ended up paying her for it and keeping it. Did not keep the device because the app was garbage! You are using the app as a selling point but the app is useless! It doesn’t connect to the device and the information within the app is unavailable. It spent the whole time spinning around and never completely loading. Would not recommend
I couldn’t get the app to connect with my therapy device after refusing to let the app use my location. I decided to try again and reload the app and it was in Chinese and I couldn’t make a choice without knowing what it was asking so I reloaded it and it did the same thing. Time to give up on the app and just use the device manuallyShow lessHECKRA
