Love it so far. Can export graphs and CSV file. Can add other attributes to track too like days Im gluten free.
What I’ve been looking for!
This app is PERFECT. No frills, no gimmicks and best of all- no log-in required and no privacy or ad concerns. My daughter has asthma and any time she gets sick, I track all of this stuff in just a note on my phone. So glad to have found a more organized way of logging it. I love that I can easily customize it to my situation (I added temperature as a value to enter daily, and symptoms of sleeplessness and poor appetite- things I keep a note of when she is sick, since the Dr always asks). I would love to see a way to track multiple entries per day, instead of limited to one a day. However, I can manage this with multiple custom symptoms/values, so definitely not a deal breaker. I had this installed for less than 10 mins before upgrading to pay for the full year. I wish more apps were like this!

Simple but helpful
Been trying to find a tracker to keep on my phone, so far the best one I’ve tried. I just wish there was an option to do day and night, or multiple entries for one day, like to get several peak flow readings during the day. Other then the one complaint, I will keep using it, so I can also show my doc the average of my symptoms during peak allergy season.

It has kept me honest to myself
I normally didn’t keep track of anything. However, now that I’ve obtained this app, I keep track of everything and it has made such a difference. I am aware of everything that is going on. It’s fantastic I wholly suggest everyone is this app

So helpful
I don’t have severe asthma at all I just have it a little when i competitive swim. But I really found this app helpful to not get my phone taken at camp. Obviously 🙄 this app has many helpful features for people with asthma such as daily 🪵 logins to make sure your good 😊. I used this app for a different reason but I still found it extremely helpful I liked it because camp 🏕️ is a scary 😧 place without technology so I needed my phone 📱 but yeah that is pretty much my entire review so I’m going to tell you a story.
Once upon a time there was a beautiful girl she had fair skin medium blonde hair and deep blue eyes that sparkled in the sun👱🏻♀️. One night 🌌she felt called outside. She tiptoed quietly outside in order to not wake her dad. (Her dad slept in his underwear 🩲 and she did not want to see him also he had anger issues) once she managed to get out her eyes were drawn to the glowing light of the big bright FULL moon 🌝. She then felt the need to go to her neighborhood lake. She dashed angelically 🏃🏼♀️to the lake. Right as she got to the edge of the deep dark water; she paused. Her eyes had been caught by the glowing power of the moon 🌝 reflecting off the lake🏞️. She then felt the urge to leap with all her might into the glistening darkness. When her head came back to the surface she gazed at the moon 🌝 above ☝️. She then felt a magic 🪄 tingle throughout her body. She felt as if there were millions on tiny ants 🐜 crawling in her skin. She then looked down at her legs 🦵 and noticed that they were no longer legs BUT A TAIL!!!! Her legs had become a real mermaid 🧜🏻♀️ tail!!! She was awestruck 😅 and amazed and she felt a feeling that she could only describe as a warm vibration of love💙 and light✨. She dove deep into the lake🏞️ and realized she could hold her breath for an extended period of time about 20 minutes!! She could also see clearly all that was visible in the dark mysterious and murky waters. She came to the land and hopped out. She sat gazing at the moon 🌝 for what seemed to be hours and then she looked down and realized she was completely dry and her tail was gone! She knew now that she could become her true self whenever she touched water 💦. She knew she had to keep this secret 🤫 because she knew terrible things could happen if the wrong people found out. As she walked home 🏡 the vibrant colors of the sunrise 🌅 began to appear. But she didn’t even notice because she was still in shock of the miraculous transformation she had been through the night before. However she knew and felt in her heart 💙that this was going to be the most amazing thing that would ever happen to her. The End
