I’ve been playing on this app going on 6 months now. I have never had such outstanding and considerate results as I have with benjiman support team. They are quick in responding and have always made things right when it comes to missing rewards. They never make me feel like I’m in the wrong or like I’m trying to scam them. They just ask for the info and screenshots and that’s it. They replace the rewards with a smile and always asks if there is anything else that they can help me with. They just make me feel like they need me. I will always play on there platform till the day I die. I will always be Loyal to benjiman for this reason. Nothing in the world would change that. Thank you Benjiman for all you do to enable me to make a little extra money every month. It really helps me out. Anyone who is thinking about this app should listen to what I’m saying . Benjiman is where it’s at. It’s not 1000’s a month but it’s genuine and legit way to make couple hundred a month. I could make more if I had more time. Thank you again benjiman. You Rock. Update…..downloaded Jackpotland thru this app, play, level 58, and guess what? Yep! Stopped tracking! Shocker!! What a joke this App is.
App after app downloaded thru them stops tracking. First Dice Dreams…download, play, due money, never pays. Ticket created only to have the CS Rep admit that they are having issues tracking progress, maybe try stop playing for a bit or start playing another game. Um. Seriously, stop playing for a bit?!?! I need to reach level whatever in three days to make the big bucks and you want me to stop paying for a bit until they work out the issue. No what you really want is to NOT pay out as promised. Fine, download Animals & Coins. Due $40….again issues, not tracking. Ticket created, oh yeah let’s escalate to Tier 2 (whatever the h%ll that is only to hear nothing but crickets. Another game…Board Kings, playing, tracking, paid a few cents here and there, then BOOM just when I’m due something other then a few cents, what’ll you know, poof stops tracking. Yet another ticket, yet more crickets. No resolution. It’s a bunch of smoke and mirrors and a waste of time. Show you can win $100’s of dollars just so you download and play your heart out, pass the required levels only to tell you…yeah oooops. Just kidding. You caught us, we never truly intended on pay anyone anything more then ten cents here, fifty cents there.Show lessMom2threeinusa

Only use this app for watching ads and doing the daily login. The daily login rewards you for consecutive days in a row, but the system will randomly erase your streak. I have twice gotten two months in and both times it reset on me even though I did not miss a day, I know I didn’t the redemption history. I saw where I did not miss a day but still said I did. I made multiple service tickets telling them about it. The first time they gave me a three dollar gift which is nice but I was hoping that the system would have been fixed. Happen again in this time, the best they could do was sorry we’ll get back to you with a solution. I kept messaging them and they kept replying saying that they are still looking into it. And then today the service ticket with which I was communicating with them was closed. Other than that, the app runs OK but when the main thing that you use the app for keeps messing up and customer service. Doesn’t really know what to do about it. It’s a little disappointing.
In reply to the developer. I already have many times. You basically brushed me off for an entire month promising that you were resolve it which your resolution was just saying that it was fixed, which I find that hard to believe considering how many times it has happened and you still haven’t fixed it. you still messed up my streak and have done nothing to make it right.Show lessSpurlock725
