Used To Be A Great App
This used to be a great app until they went to a subscription model. You would upload 10 photos and for $5.99. You would get 100 photos back that you could pick from. Now they want you to subscribe during your initial uploads, you’ll upload 10 photos and get 100 back but after that the number drops to 10. And they are 10 of the worst photos I have ever seen in my entire life. I was more than happy to pay 5.99, give you 10 photos, get 100 back and maybe find two or three that I could use. That was worth the money. The subscription model is a joke.

The subscription model is much more powerful than the one-shot model because it allows - for a given period - to generate as many photos as you want and iterate on the input photos until you get the exact photo you are looking for. Fun all, good pictures, excellent customer service
The title says it all. Had an issue and and David was quick to respond and resolve. Had to do a new batch and they came out great.
App does have an issue with teeth alignment but all the non teeth ones are great. Some teeth smiles did come out though so it wouldn’t stop me from using this app again.
I recommend using this app for any headshots you need!

Fascinating!
I wanted to update my profile photo and thought I’d give this a whirl. It’s fascinating! For $7.99, to get 100 photos tongo through, you can’t beat it. Some photos are definitely not me but could be a sister, while others are spit on. Plus, it’s super fun! Only wish that the bodies were a little more common. The boney collar bones and shoulders do not match my physique. It’s worth it!

For £7.99 I feel most of the photos we great! I the odd one didn’t quite look like me, but that’s understandable. I would say that 98% of the 100 photos generated were great. I would definitely use this app again. And I will use these photos for my professional and social profiles.
Easy to use and great results
Loved it! So easy to use and great results. Some photos were clearly not quite me but equally, fun to see. I have used one for my LinkedIn profile that is well over due a refresh. A couple of suggestions for you, would be good to have an option to tone down some of the airbrushing, and an option to remove earrings or jewellery , or colourise a black and white and vice Versa. Great product all round and I liked that it is free to get a sample selection of watermarked photos before taking the next step to buy. Price point extremely very good for 100 photos considering the cost of a professional headshot photographer.

Amazing technology and photos
This is game changing technology, sorry to those professional head shot photographers but this gave me professional photos without going to one. V easy to use and i liked that there was a range from glamorous to casual. I had a question and the technical support was great, a real person on the end.

I nearly dropped on the floor, each time I went to use the Mayo app the prints were exceptional in format, backgrounds, and even the garb!! Luv you guys you deserve a commendable honors award for fine work! I was floored. This one’s a keeper! And for the value even less than the price of a coffee you can’t beat this deal 😉! Surprisingly good results
I’ve tried other apps like Lensa and the results were bizarre. Of the 100 photos I received from this, 95 were really good. Only a few did strange things with my beard, which is consistent with AI results elsewhere. Definitely worth the cost.
One caution: heed the guidance about sunglasses. In 2 of my 10 photos, my Transitions lenses were slightly darkened, which can’t be helped outside. About 30-40% of the images I received back were wearing dark sunglasses. Still good, but just be aware of that going in.

Perfect for LinkedIn
I needed a more professional headshot for myself. I stumbled across this app and figured hey why not? I’d rather pay what it costs than to pay a photographer hundreds to get the right shot. I use my generated photo for my work profile photo as well as on LinkedIn. My coworkers thought it was actually a real photo and then I got to explaining how it was generative AI. All in all, I used them on three different occasions and am happy with the results!

I can’t even properly review the app because there’s no way to use it without paying £5.99 to access any of the features! £5.99!?! No free for three days or try it once then pay.
Are the developers aware of how many other significantly better apps offer the same tools for less and even free in some cases. This isn’t bad business this is just theft. Don’t download it you’ll only waste your time.

We will work to make it more visible in the app. The reason why it is free with in-app purchase is because you pay for a batch of generated photo and you can buy several ones. To do that, we have to make it free then you pay in the app for each batch. This is the official and Apple-supported way to do that. Although, we are working hard to offer a free preview.
