It’s really never going to be “the perfect time to invest.” Now with that being said investing in real estate can be an excellent option if you want exposure to real estate without the hassle of owning and managing physical properties. Real estate itself is a much less volatile market than cryptocurrency or even the NASDAQ stock market. What do you have to lose? I love Compoundbanc because the bonds are only $10.00 and you earn 8.5 percent interest annually. Most banks don’t even offer that high yield of interest on your investment , additionally you can withdraw your money anytime you want to. This is an awesome way to invest money and I would recommend this to anyone. What an amazing opportunity.

I have been invested with them for over a year now, and enjoy the easy to use app and receive timely 1099 tax documents. I can withdraw my money at any time, and can invest in increments of $10.
