Tax Fees Regulation?
I don’t understand why you have to pay Tax upfront in order for you to do the withdrawal funds from your account? There is no law in America that you have to pay Tax upfront, Tax should be deducted from your account balances. I contact customer service and they told me the platform policy just changed it on August 1st. I would like to know why we did not received any notification ahead of time and also why we can’t deducted the tax from our account balance?Show lessPoke man 68485!($

TokenPocket is a decentralized wallet, and withdrawing funds from a decentralized wallet does not incur any tax. Your cryptocurrency assets are stored on the blockchain, not within TokenPocket itself. Therefore, TokenPocket cannot charge you any tax fees. We suspect that you may have encountered withdrawal restrictions while using an unlisted DApp through the TokenPocket DApp browser. If this is the case, please contact the DApp team directly. The DApp browser functions similarly to using Chrome to visit Amazon and make a purchase, and for any post-purchase issues, you should contact Amazon, not Chrome.
