App keeps frozing, won’t load videos until I close and reopen the app for each video. I love that you can zoom videos in real time and quality is awesome. But please fix issues!!JennZii
Terrible service
I have 2 camera just brought them 3 weeks ago yesterday one turn off and now it won’t connect just keep saying time out now today the other one went out saying time out too that the data is not formatted correctly!!! I suggest not using this brand email support yesterday have not heard back from them yet going to cancel and try a new brand worse product so far!!!!Tj1985$
