  • Opening an account

    This takes a little time and you need to make a deposit before your card arrives in the post.
    A lot easier than queuing at a bank branch and being sent to another desk !
    I already had a bank account in Barbados. When they changed debit cards they just voided the old cards without contacting customers, so people were left unable to access their funds until they visited their branch and spent hours waiting to see a manager. That’s not banking !
    So I decided to open an account with SagicorBankLimited and see how this goes.
    As a new bank they should have no “non performing loans” so hope they do well on the lending side.

  • No option to log in!

    The only option available is to become a client, but what happens when I’m already a client? There is no option to log into the app as an existing client!

    I see that persons have reported this issue over a year ago, but yet it hasn’t been fixed. Clearly the intent here is for persons to lose access to their money.

  • So disappointing

    This app is bad. I mean disappointingly bad. You asked for TaxID but you don’t allow users to copy and paste in the field? Who tests these things?

  • Do better

    1 year later and it still not possible to login to an existing account. The only option is ‘become a client’.

    When I first tried this app I refused to fund my account because of how unpolished, buggy and incomplete this app was, I simply could not trust it. Well the story is still no different today.

    If you have no branches, and this is the primary place your customers are interacting with their accounts it must be implemented significantly better than this. Hire a UX team and do it properly.

  • Alerts inconsistent

    With my settings I should receive alerts for all transactions. Sometimes I do and other times I don’t.

  • I would not recommend this app to anyone

    The sign up experience to get an account and to start using it was the smooth and frictionless. However ever since that initial experience the app has been a disaster. I really wanted this to work because I like the concept they are using. However without a reliable app, the experience has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this app

  • Doesn’t work

    There is no option to login to an existing account the only thing popping up is become a client.

  • Certain features not working (iPhone 14 Pro)

    I have my card set to send me alerts whenever I use it and I get no alerts at all saying such and such was done with my card. Swiping from the virtual card to the master card or vise versa should not be so hard it takes a full swipe from one end of the screen to the other. When I press the settings icon only thing that works is log off, cardless transactions and ABM & Client Lounge , not even the give me feedback works when I press on it, when I press profile info does not open. I would appreciate if y’all really fix the alerts, I would like to be notified when certain things go on with my card.
