  • False Advertising

    Why advertise “spend money abroad like a local” when you guys know we can’t even do international online purchases???, let alone using the Mastercard Debit outside of Barbados while traveling!
    That is beyond me.
  • Does not work

    So many features of this app doesn’t work, only thing that works how it’s suppose to is the chat bot. As a digital bank the app should be the smoothest part of the banking experience it should be an extension not just something that was put out because the launch of the bank was coming.

    An update is needed asap

  • Lots of quirks

    There is no way to log in to an already existing account. Or switch accounts at log in?

  • App not working for me

    Downloaded the app all excited to get started clicked to open the app doesn’t open instead l get a blank screen and then it goes back to home screen.

  • Options in Setting Not working (iPhone 13 Pro)

    I’m experiencing an issue where the only option that works in the settings menu is the ‘Cardless Transactions’ option. The other options (Profile Info, ABM & Lounge, Application Settings and Log Off) are all unresponsive when selected.

    Also, it is difficult swiping right to get back to the physical master card. If a full swipe isn’t done (end to end on the phone screen) it stays on the virtual card.

  • Banking is easy with Sagicor Bank

    I recently downloaded the app, opened my account all in under 7 minutes. I love it! WOW! I am thoroughly impressed, this is a game-changer for me. Colors are appealing, interface is very user-friendly. Thanks Sagicor Bank for saving me money on gas and my legs from standing in long lines. So glad my banking fits in my pocket!
