I just got this app so no useful feedback yet, but I got a pop-up within the app saying that I can unlock premium by leaving a review. So here’s a review

Its a pretty good app
I like how you can add your own harms and i also like how you can pick if it was moderate or none or whatever the case may be . I also like how you can add notes ( I figured that out today ) and describe your day or whatever triggered you . If your struggling this is a great app !
