Don’t bother if you aren’t Laotian
Completely useless if you aren’t a Lao or Chinese citizen, as it has no usable payment options (there is Visa listed, but guess what: it doesn’t work) which is just a joke - literally every other country in the region has trains bookable online no matter where you are from in the world, so not sure what the difficulty is!
