Totally worth it

I am going to try not to hype this up, but I would highly recommend utilizing this app/subscribing to the app. I can say I am very happy having doing so. I haven’t been carving out enough time to workout as I want, but when I did I saw my body change drastically. Now I have been just doing a 10 minute workout daily 😒but I still see a difference. My posture is so much better. Overall, I feel better. Being consistent is key. Her instructions about the form is crucial. Her focus on good form, allows you get great results. I had my doubts and thought this would just be another under utilized subscription, but luckily I was wrong. It is by far my best subscription thus far. I am so glad I did it. Sadly, I think I hyped this up, but I am sure that if you use it consistently for 1 month, heck even 1 week, you will also believe the hype.

My Favorite Instructor!

I have tried SO MANY apps and fitness programs over the years, and I have never been able to stick with any of them. I have been working out with Amanda since May of 2022 - I have strayed a bit to try other programs during that time, but I just end up burnt out, bored, exhausted, or injured; I always keep coming back to Amanda. Her workouts are fun, challenging, and 100% doable at home with minimal equipment and no need to go to a gym. I love the variety of classes she offers and her verbal cues are unmatched.

Also side note- I am someone who used to think that I had to lift heavy 4-5 days per week at a gym and be sore to see results… I thought Pilates was too easy and therefor useless… turns out I was wrong and I enjoy this so much more!

I am looking forward to my 2024 fitness routine, now that I have a little one at home these workouts will be something I can easily do while he is sleeping. I’m so happy I found Amanda and am really loving that I don’t have to go into the new year “scrambling” to find a new program to follow.

The best!

Amanda is the best!! I tried several other programs before finding hers. I have been using her program for almost 6 months now and have never been so consistent with an at home program. Her classes are amazing and my body has never felt better. I love her instruction and look forward to doing the weekly classes each week.

My favorite instructor!

Amanda is by far the best instructor I’ve found online and even in person! I always get burnt out on workouts. I start strong and then it’s either not right for me or I just get bored, but time and time again I’ve gone back to Amanda!

Her instruction and verbal cues are easy to understand and get you into the correct form quickly. She teaches you the best form and technique. Her style is no-fuss, but she’s upbeat and funny too! I always feel like her classes go by so quickly.

I think my favorite thing besides the quality of the exercise is that the workouts are challenging, but not unattainable. Her weekly schedule is doable while still giving you a great workout each time. Just love you Amanda!!

Highly Recommend

I used to do a lot of body weight high impact exercises but I hurt my knees and could no longer do most exercises. I struggled to find a program that was low impact but a great workout. This is that. If you’re looking for Pilates at home, this is your app.

Absolutely love!

I’ve been searching high and low for a one stop shop solution for Pilates. I came across Amanda on social media and took the plunge to download her app and absolutely love it! She offers variety from classic, reformer inspired and even strength x Pilates fusion. Her personality, pace and vocal cues set her apart from other apps I’ve used. Looking forward to continuing my Pilates journey with Amanda!

great instructor!

amanda is such a great instructor, I have fallen in love with pilates and her teaching style. she has this calm sense to her while teaching and it really seems to help if you can’t do the exact movement. she’s very encouraging and responds quickly to social media messages!

The BEST!

Amanda’s program is the best! I tried multiple other programs before finding hers. I have never been so consistent with Pilates. I’ve been using her classes 3-5 times a week for over 3 months now and I love seeing the progress I’ve made. She is an incredible instructor and knows what she is doing. All of her classes are challenging in the best way possible.

Best at home pilates workouts!

I’ve never stuck to at home workouts before until I found Amanda’s instagram and app. I now consistently workout at home and have ditched my reformer membership.

She knows what’s she’s talking about and the classes are fun and challenging, as if you’re in the studio doing it with her.

Get this app!

I’m obsessed. This is the app I’ve been looking for for years! Amanda is seriously the best. I have been looking for mat classes (that are actually Pilates and kick my butt!) I can do at home. Her classes are exactly what I’ve been looking for. Highly recommend. I send this app to anyone looking for an at home program. Thank you Amanda!!!!
