This is one of the best apps! It allows you to choose which muscle groups to focus on. I maintain a full body workout but sometimes want to give more focus.It also schedules it all so you can have complimentary sets to alternate or do all sets for each muscle. Highly recommendworkpro66

Instead of camera tracking, do the Apple Watch tracking. Been searching for a fitness app that offers BOTH workout plans and Apple Watch tracking but it seems to still be too futuristic for now 🙄antoinebilbord

FormFusion is a great app to help anyone get into shape. It personalizes the workouts for people so that they can receive exercises that helps them achieve their personal fitness goals. In addition the app setup is very organized and it separates the different types of workouts such as upper & lower body, cardio, core, and etc. Also what I really like is that they have a warmup section which is good b/c I find that gets neglected a lot of times. Simple and straight to the point. You got your workout planner, all the different kinds of exercises (with videos), your calendar, and guided workouts. All you need! I do like this app and am thinking about using it to form my postpartum exercise routine/schedule!! :)Gennn6182
