I refer also to the design 5 stars for tiny . I use a tablet 60% black picture? I was in tears when I see this was only made for a cellphone and I miss the cancel song opp, PLEASE ..PLEASEEE.. GO BACK TO OLD APP.Pg dan
Not compatible for purchases in North America
I live in North America, and making purchases for song updates is impossible. The app will direct you to a site that tells you to visit the nearest service center to purchase a code, all of which is in the Philippines. Not sure why they couldn’t build out a purchase in-app function to provide codes to update song lists. My karaoke machine that advertised ease of use for updating songs via an app was all a lie.Show lessMisterJaef
Terrible Customer Service
Bought this hoping I could regularly update new songs. That was with the old GV App. This new app allows you to “download” the packs but you are unable to transfer to your Grand Videoke without a buyer code that you have to either purchase in the Philippines or call one of their service locations there.
Terrible move on Grand Videoke end and more unfortunate for customers in the US looking to update their systems. Wish I knew this before spending $600 on my system…Show lessnvila wafers
Transfer from Grand Videoke
Paid close to $600 for my machine. Just got an update that I now need to switch over to this app but I’m stuck on the photo part. It doesn’t take a photo of anything nor does it give me any option to do anything else. Awful user experience from both companies. Was excited to use for my holiday family party tomorrow. This version of grand videoke is worst than the previous app. Can’t upgrade songs via online.alvgads
Design Not Appealing
I was very happy with Grand Videoke App. Never had any issues or trouble using it in the past that would cause a shift to this new app. GV app was fun to use, now this new app looks boring. I was in the mood to sing karaoke but lost interest after seeing the new app. Please please return to GV app! GV app is more appropriate as it stands with the brand of karaoke machine we have and love! So please please pleaaaassseeee switch back to GV app!Show lessGV APP
Worst app ever
New app won’t pair with my almost $600 unit. So I can’t update the unit nor does the USB manual update work. This is uncool! Nakakahiya ang ganitong business.ANJDLC
