    I have enjoyed this game, but the support for the game has vanished. The support page has been disabled and new sections of the game, advertised as “coming soon” have never arrived. Furthermore, the in game purchases are overpriced, giving the overall feel that this was created more as a money grab. I truly hope this is not the case and that the game continues to be improved upon and updated by its creators. Unfortunately the community that plays this game feels cast aside and abandoned. My fingers are crossed for a good resolution, but hope is dwindling. The game is extremely fun to play and challenging. The level of cooperation needed to be successful is well balanced and lends to a tight knit community. A balance of solo play and co-operative play makes the game one that you want to come back to time and time again. However, no one wants to be abandoned and the game needs to be further expanded to continue to draw in new players and keep older players coming back for more.
  • RUN AWAY

    The game turned into a nightmare after the Aug update. IOS accounts disappeared completely and more have and are dying a slow death. I was told, if I developed a new account/character binding to FaceBook would fix the IOS issue . It doesn’t. People are disappearing everyday.
  • Can’t give a lower rating

    The game can be fun, but the system issues and no response is ridiculous, I got locked out of my game due to system issues when they got me back on a week later my base was hit over a 100 times and was wiped out, they promised fair compensation which was after many complaints. The compensation did not cover any of the lost stuff due to their error. Nine days later they respond and say everything is good, but have done little to nothing, players are quitting all over the place due to poor support. What a shame Dont download game! If they ever figure out people will play a game if they don’t ruin it. These ppl lie, I was told we will contact you in 24 to 48 hours or you can try again by sending us an email, no contact from them send another email still nothing Don’t download Game!

  • Worst update do not waste time incompetence

    I have to play the whole stupid tutorial just to get back my linked account. Get an IT person who knows how to update a game. Horrible and I can’t chat with anyone to restore account. Weeks later the idiot asks for my info I gave them 5 times…… waste of time bad update kills the fun.

    I love the puzzle games and compete with the alliance members to build my territories! Wonderful!

  • Deleted My Account after update

    They did an update and the deleted my account that I had spent money on. When I contacted support they pretended they could not find the account, what a joke. Do not play this game or waste money on it!!!!
  • Update gone wrong.

    Was enjoying the game. They did an update and I lost my account. Have now been trying since update to get my old account back. Have given them everything that they asked for and then they stopped replying back. I have spent money and lost everything. Not happy.

    Game is a rip off…don’t waste your time. Lost account after an update and I got a response to initial message to developers then nothing…no response and no account. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Playing this game for months, level 21 and almost ready for 22. Recruited all but 6 characters, had four characters up to level 211+, and a fifth character at level 206, all five-star characters. Was hooked into a great alliance (UKF), and was having a lot of fun playing.

    One day I’m locked out because of server issues. The next day, there’s an update. I do the update and had to start at the beginning. After the tutorial, I tried to go back to my bound Facebook account, and all my data was gone. The chat bot gave me the basic form letter and none of that worked, all my data was gone. How are we in 2023 and devs can’t get an update to work?

    Do not get this game, the devs are incompetent and offer no help.
