Game update was a total flop on the IOS side. Can’t access our games after the update! Super slow response from customer service! Northern first time either. Don’t was your time or money on this one!

Did not play last night came back tonight and said needed to do the update. Did update and all I get is to start over at the beginning of the game. I was at level 26 and have lost everything. All the money I put into this came I have nothing now. Very disappointed

After updating, I was back at level 1 stuck in The tutorial sequence.

Now, after doing the update today, started the game and everything is gone. Was forced to start over from the beginning. When I finally got to a point through the guided start up, I tried to switch to my real account but my original game is gone and the Apple ID I originally bound it to did not have my save. Spent a good amount of money on the game and the bush league developers lost it in a simple update…. ABSOLUTELY ZERO SUPPORT FOR THIS ISSUE. ONLY SUPPORT FOR GETTING A REFUND ON A PACK PURCHASE.

I played this game for months daily, had a great setup and then recently I update and it completely deleted my whole profile starting back from zero losing all my characters and progress

Get an IT person who knows how to update a game. Horrible and I can’t chat with anyone to restore account.
I've been playing for awhile and spent some money on this game. After the new update it's making me start all over. Fix it please
The last update erased all of my progress. I am still waiting from support. Nothing so far. It has been hours since i wrote them.
Updated the app this morning and now everything is gone….and it wasn’t binded due to the fact that every time I went to do it thinking it was a glitch it told me error account not found….I tried to chat with support on app and no one has answered me.
