Does not recognise IOS users

Recent update lost all IOS users accounts and they are unable to retrieve!

The developers keep sending out the same message and not doing anything!

Apple why are you not doing anything, remove them from the App Store ????

They had a new update which deleted the last 6months of me playing this game!! Don’t download unless you want to waste your time & money!!

The customer support is also awful on day 3 of no response

Update gone wrong.

Was enjoying the game. They did an update and I lost my account. Have now been trying since update to get my old account back. Have given them everything that they asked for and then they stopped replying back. I have spent money and lost everything. Not happy.

No customer service

The latest update completely screwed the game up, and with no reply from customer service for over 4 days!! And still counting. They are happy to take your money to upgrade, but when something goes wrong, they run and hide!!

Just don’t

Game is a rip off…don’t waste your time. Lost account after an update and I got a response to initial message to developers then nothing…no response and no account. Don’t waste your time or money.

Playing this game for months, level 21 and almost ready for 22. Recruited all but 6 characters, had four characters up to level 211+, and a fifth character at level 206, all five-star characters. Was hooked into a great alliance (UKF), and was having a lot of fun playing.

One day I’m locked out because of server issues. The next day, there’s an update. I do the update and had to start at the beginning. After the tutorial, I tried to go back to my bound Facebook account, and all my data was gone. The chat bot gave me the basic form letter and none of that worked, all my data was gone. How are we in 2023 and devs can’t get an update to work?

Do not get this game, the devs are incompetent and offer no help.

Good game terrible customer support

Game update was a total flop on the IOS side. Can’t access our games after the update! Super slow response from customer service! Northern first time either. Don’t was your time or money on this one!

Good game, no need to pay money

I’ve been playing this game for several months and really enjoyed it, I got to level 20 without having to pay any real world money, or spend an unreasonable amount of time waiting for timers to upgrade items. The game always flowed well, and you very rarely get attacked by other players and have to rebuild stuff.

Unfortunately, the game has had an update this week and the developers sent a message out saying you have to start again from the beginning and reload your account, or contact them if this doesn’t work.

To start the game again involves about half an hour of going through the forced tutorials, (the tutorials were great when u first download the game, as they show you exactly what to do in the game)…. But I’ve now done them again twice, each time you try and bind your old account if it doesn’t work, you have to start the whole tutorial over again to try again. So now I have to do another half hour tutorial to start for the third time to get to the tab to contact the developers to say the account is lost….

Unfortunately for me, it’s got a bit long winded, so I’m not going go through it again. I hope this helps the developers in future to try their best to not do an update that accidentally makes everyone restart from scratch, or to include a ‘skip tutorial’ feature in an update so you can just download the game and try log in / contact the developer straight away.

Still giving it 5 stars tho as it is a good game, and everyone can make a mistake.

Puzzle Commander

I have been playing this game for months and really enjoying it. Did not play last night came back tonight and said needed to do the update. Did update and all I get is to start over at the beginning of the game. I was at level 26 and have lost everything. All the money I put into this came I have nothing now. Very disappointed

Did update. Had to start over.

After months of playing an update dropped. After updating, I was back at level 1 stuck in The tutorial sequence.

What happened to all my progress and purchases?
