What is this that I see all these bad reviews and only one star rating I haven’t even taken my LX one out of the box yet so disappointing to see you. Mess with the good apps and try to do something with the design space app that just makes everything worse, fix it we all have a lot of money invested in you, LaserPecker
Every time yall call yourselves improving the app you mess up something else. The QC is nonexistent. Now you can’t even engrave photos right, dither is producing engraved squares and rectangles instead of the image. The “eraser” is only optical apparently cause now when used the laser completely disregards that and fills in what you erased. This brand is exhausting.
The app registration is broken. It will not let me register/create an account. When I tap user, tap to read and agree to the service conditions, tap register, it allows me to put in the email address but if I hit enter, touch the send verification code button, or in any was dismiss the keyboard, the screen automatically scrolls down until the email box and yellow button disappears off the top of the screen. When I drag down on the screen without letting up, I can see the box again along with the button. There is no way to register an account on the app. This happens on an iPad 9th generation, iPad Air 3, iPhone 15 pro max all on the latest iOS. I have tried to register an account for the app from my computer which did not work. I have uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it. Restarted my devices. Nothing has worked and the app was designed to not work without signing in so it is unusable. I bought this LP4 with all the attachments so that I could work on the go wirelessly from an iPad. Please fix the app because I want to like your product but without the app it doesn’t fit my needs and I will need to return it.
It keep crashing during uploading files, also it disconnects a lot from the machine and it reset the design. Bad thing that it doesn’t have a WiFi network. Will be returned and go with x tool F1!
12/23/23 New update makes the iPad app CLOSE when the screen shuts off…so you lose your project and have to start all over. This is getting exhausting the constant issues every update.

The priorities here are lacking- I find myself less and less interested in the machine as I continue waiting for things everyone else has figured out. Seriously annoyed with this software. I honestly cannot believe y’all have the technology to create the machines you make, and your software is this raggedy. The save function, completely ruins your file. It will not open the way you saved it. That’s if you can even get it to open at all unlike the blank projects I get even though the icon shows my actual file. You cannot convert text to a cut. You can’t convert any file in fact. You cannot trace SVG files. You cannot work between your computer and mobile applications because the files do not save correctly and look nothing like the originals. You cannot directly open a file, unless you are already creating, it only lets you select photos from your photo album. The worst part is advertising that it works with a competent software, like lightburn and giving us literally no guidance how to use it safely being that they are completely different parameters and settings. Your software is oversimplified, and you expect us to go into lightburn, and somehow know what to do? The icing on the cake is that when I use lightburn to design my files, because it is equipped to do so more adequately, and save as an SVG-Your app somehow seems to still mess up the design and import a completely discombobulated design. I’m so over it. So now I have a really expensive machine that can only communicate with a dud of an app that has the most basic functions like a “duplicate” missing from it. Please fix this immediately. It is ridiculous to sell technology this advanced and couple it with a piss poor app. If you’re basically going to force us to have to use your app on these machines, it needs to do 100% WAY more than you have programmed it to.
When I first got it and tried it out it worked some what okay. Today it says unsupported firmware but I made sure it’s updated and still nothing what a waste of money and time

PLEASE STOP MAKING UPDATE NOTES ABOUT THE CONTOUR PREVIEW when you all have STILL not implemented it. Best product I’ve ever bought. I recommend it to all.just wish there were more instructions with it,On how to run the app and do designs. But best product ever.
Keep trying to run this on my iPhone. Asks for a pin code every time but when I enter the code it says account does not exist. My account works fine on their website. Customer support is a joke. No U S presence at all
