I’ve been watching the brain docuseries and am finding these episodes bursting with innovative research on the root causes of cognitive decline. These not only explain the reasons for various dementias but also how one might reverse them - a tremendous cause for hope. Also included herein are ways and means for prevention, so one needn’t suffer from cognitive loss in the first place.
My only suggestion is that there could be a list of experts in this field who are actually taking on new patients. All this groundbreaking material can be so much more helpful if one has a medical provider who can do all the testing and interpretation, so all this wisdom can be properly applied.
