Simply input your Company Website Name (in TAMS) and Facility Activation Code, which you can easily obtain by logging in as a Master Admin User in TAMS and navigating to the Settings Menu. Click on the "Facility Sites" link located on the right-hand side of the screen to access all of your Facility Sites.
