App is Great Lawn Service not so much
Besides being the highest priced service provider I’ve used at my current address, there service technicians were the worst.
1. I’m not sure if the technicians are employed or subcontractors. We didn’t have the same person for most of the services. They wanted to drive equipment on lawn when wet which creates ruts, instead of dragging hoses around yard. When service was due or expected a driver would pull up front or drive by without stopping. Had to point out organic gardens to every one that eventually showed up. Last straw was when nearly all of potted herbs on patio were sprayed with herbicide, they offered to pay money for replacement. This was early fall and all plants had not been bought, but had been started with seeds by my wife. Some that year but many were numerous years old. She had invested so much time in growing these plants. Secondly after canceling service, they tried to get me to restart services at either a discounted rate or a “free” appointment.
This company used to have great technicians and great customer service. I think they no longer have local customer service.
