Doesn’t work
Very disappointed I set up my account and it’s telling me that my password isn’t working when I clearly wrote down everything to make sure and it still won’t work I even went as far as to switch emails and start over and nothing I then ask for a password reset and haven’t. Yet received an email to do that but guess what the sur did charge my credit card

Great camera but…
I got a Kement camera from the TikTok shop and am very happy with the quality of the picture and its features. However, because I live on a busy road it’s active a lot and the battery doesn’t cope, so it needs recharging regularly which isn’t easy due to its location. It also behaves oddly and drops from 56% charged to 15 for no reason. Hence a 3 star review. Maybe mine just has a dodgy battery I don’t know. Other than that I have no complaints.

I’ve only had this camera for a short time and it’s already not working so I won’t be buying another camera of same make again and I’m cancelling the subscription

Unfortunately, I wasn’t the decision maker for this purchase. This app functions perfectly if setup on one device only. If you are a couple and both need access to the doorbell, you’re out of luck as you can’t have the doorbell linked to 2 devices simultaneously! 1. Complete setup on iPhone 1, and go to My Devices >>> Doorbell listed. 2. Complete setup on iPhone 2, and go to My Devices >>> Doorbell listed. 3. On iPhone 1, go back to My Devices >>> list empty.

Feels like I wasted my money ☹️
Worked well for two weeks, but now as soon as I click to watch the videos the app switches off by itself, closes itself up and I cannot see the videos. I will not be subscribing.

Very poor customer service, in fact non existence. Pay for subscription and it’s a complete rip off as the events don’t ever record or show up!

I knew when purchasing the camera it was not going to give me the quality of a $200 outdoor camera. But I did not expect for the customer service to be so rude and suggest that I buy a ring camera for $20 more. It took them several days to get back to me but then be so rude HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The app doesn’t allow you to log in to more than 1 device. I tried several times to log in to my other devices but it automatically logs off the device which I’ve already logged in.
