Not suitable for couples
Unfortunately, I wasn’t the decision maker for this purchase. This app functions perfectly if setup on one device only. If you are a couple and both need access to the doorbell, you’re out of luck as you can’t have the doorbell linked to 2 devices simultaneously! 1. Complete setup on iPhone 1, and go to My Devices >>> Doorbell listed. 2. Complete setup on iPhone 2, and go to My Devices >>> Doorbell listed. 3. On iPhone 1, go back to My Devices >>> list empty.

Feels like I wasted my money ☹️
Worked well for two weeks, but now as soon as I click to watch the videos the app switches off by itself, closes itself up and I cannot see the videos. I will not be subscribing.Foxelle01
Very poor - stay away
Very poor customer service, in fact non existence. Pay for subscription and it’s a complete rip off as the events don’t ever record or show up!

I knew when purchasing the camera it was not going to give me the quality of a $200 outdoor camera. But I did not expect for the customer service to be so rude and suggest that I buy a ring camera for $20 more. The app doesn’t allow you to log in to more than 1 device. I tried several times to log in to my other devices but it automatically logs off the device which I’ve already logged in.Mystic2g
Rip off
Worked well for 3 days then error no recording no play back a scam can’t get in touch as they say my email is not recognised but was fine when they too a year’s subscription don’t fall for this scampuckerdstarfish
APP doesn’t work
The app was working perfectly fine, then all of sudden it just stops working. I’ve deleted the app numerous of times and it keeps saying it doesn’t recognise any of my details. I can’t set up a new account. The customer service doesn’t workjohnnreeve
App crashes today
I purchased an entire year membership to store my videos. The entire app crashed today. Isn’t responding and isnt connecting to internet. Keeps giving error messages. Tried to email and guess what invalid email! Go figure!EricaB39
