  • Outrageous

    This app is a complete disaster. Despite numerous negative reviews and promises from CCF to enhance the app, the reality is far from satisfactory. I've been using this app since January and in spite of the overwhelming amount of feedback pointing out its flaws, CCF hasn't lifted a finger to make any improvements. I can't even log in to the app due to some so-called 'technical problem.' The app is a convoluted mess with an ugly and confusing layout. And don't even get me started on the lack of security.

    If CCF doesn't step up their game and fix these issues, I guarantee people will start abandoning ship and switching banks. This situation has spiraled out of control. All we want is for these matters to be addressed promptly, as they are causing significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

  • After HSBC??

    This app continues to be very disappointing. One cannot carry out the most basic functions without having to ask an advisor or speak to someone on the phone. TERRIBLE! Isn’t anyone going to improve this mess?!?

  • Not fully baked

    Many features are missing or broken. Very limited password strength, which means that this banking app is less secure than my grocery delivery app. Can only use the app on 1 phone, not no clear way on how to switch to a new one. New messages don’t trigger a notification. No integration with keychain. Notification menu doesn’t include new messages with advisor…
