Just a very cheap web wrapper

Very disappointing that a new bank was so cheap on its app: a mere web wrapper, very very slow, not adapted to mobile screens. Starting from scratch would have been a good opportunity to bring a good app to customers. Opportunity completely missed.

Not even talking about the general login / password experience: a disaster.

CCF app

I was defrauded by somebody using some kind of clone of the CCF app. Beware and be vigilant with this app. It is not secure.

This app has always performed as advertised. Face ID has been better than my other bank apps. English translation of text better than HSBC.

Fonction prise de rdv et messager au

L’application ne fonctionne pas bien.
Je ne réussi pas à prendre un rdv téléphonique avec mon conseiller, la fonctionnalité ne marche pas. D’ailleurs mon conseiller ne répond à aucun de mes message depuis plusieurs mois. C’est vraiment frustrant!!! Je réfléchis sérieusement à changer de banque!

Impossible to connect to account

I’ve been trying for months to connect to my account since my account was transferred from HSBC to CCF, and access is consistently denied. Incredibly frustrating.

Haven’t been able to log in for a week

The app just say it’s temporarily unavailable for a week. The web page just says error occurred.

Without logging in, I cannot find advisor contact or book a rdv or even check anything.

Must be able to do better

With so many good banking apps out there I’m at a loss as to why this app is so poor. One example is why there is no separate account listed for a credit/debit card, nor is there a separate statement. Instead it’s all mixed up with forthcoming entries from the main current account. As I now have a new phone I keep getting the message that I can only have one trusted device but there is no information as to remove the old one and add the new one. Really disappointing. A lot of the reviews on here are fairly negative but nothing g seems to be done to take the feedback on board.
