Embarrassingly bad
The only explanation is probably that the goal is to rapidly wrap up and close ex-HSBC banking activities in France, and the app was designed with zero budget.
And what's with the "Banque des Caraibes" developer? As an ex-HSBC entity, this is really on the nose.

I’ve been getting this error since I tried accessing my accounts after the migration. Two weeks. Will update this review every month to see how long this « temporary unavailability » will last
Failed with “Technical problem” but fine later.
It was fine 2 days later when I tried again and I also received a rwsponse from the devoper.
