I have a tendency to experience a lot of anxiety in the morning.
So when I choose a workout based on my mood, I find myself instantly getting right into it compared to doing hours of procrastinating and getting myself hyped and motivated to go to the gym.
Each themed workout is totally relevant to what I’m emotionally feeling, and when I finish a 15-30 min session—I feel like I did an intense session with a trainer for a whole hour! The app is simple to understand, and every move feels intentional!
The names of each exercise is FUN to read as well so I find myself naturally being into it!
